If you have already participated in an interview with Alphalearning, you can expect to receive your contract within 24 working hours, along with further details outlining the next steps in your learning journey. If you are enrolling without having participated in an interview with us, you will be sent a link to schedule one before receiving the Service Agreement. This process ensures we tailor the learning experience precisely to your individual needs.

Brainwave III Equipment

The purchase of one Brainwave III Optical-Acoustical Neuron Synergizer equipment per course is mandatory. The EEG/Neurofeedback device purchase is optional, although recommended. You can purchase up to one unit per course participant.

For the Professional Application Course, the purchase of one complete Brainwave III system (including EEG) for each represented location is mandatory. It comprises one Optical-Acoustical Neuron Synergizer and one EEG/Neurofeedback device.

The 7-Day Immersive Mastery Course already includes one full set of the Brainwave III System (Brainwave III Controller, Optical Neuron Synergizer, and Electroencephalograph & Neurofeedback Equipment). You can order additional units selecting their quantity below.

The Optical-Acoustical Neuron Synergizer is comprised of two parts.

The Brainwave III Controller. This device controls the set of lights and runs the Lotus software. It can control up to two sets of lights. The minimum is 1 unit, but you can buy up to two units per course participant.
The Optical Neuron Synergizer. Or simply, the lights set. Besides the one mandatory set, you can buy up to two units per course participant.

Brainwave III EEG Neurofeedback Equipment to purchase in this course*

Although this purchase is optional and you can select “zero” as its quantity, it is recommended that you have one EEG Equipment after your course. You can purchase up to one unit per course participant.

The location and information of your contact here will determine how we calculate taxes. There are various ways to issue both your contract and your invoice(s) so that we comply with tax authorities and you are not overtaxed.

Invoice VAT / Tax ID Status*

Please note: Following Brexit, the UK is no longer part of the EU. Clients from the UK should select the “A Non-EU Tax ID / VAT number” option.
To have this VAT added to my invoice, I will provide:

For clients selecting this option, please provide below your valid VAT number issued by an EU member state (excluding Portugal). This number is necessary for us to apply a 0% VAT rate on your invoice under the reverse charge mechanism. Ensure your VAT number is active and can be verified through the VIES VAT number validation system (opens in a new tab). This is applicable only to business entities outside Portugal but within the EU.

If you’re based outside the European Union, selecting this option requires you to provide your Tax Identification Number or VAT number, as applicable in your jurisdiction. This information enables us to apply a 0% VAT rate to your invoice, adhering to international trade rules. Please ensure the information is accurate and corresponds to either your personal or business registration.

For Portuguese business entities, this option necessitates the submission of your Portuguese VAT number. This allows us to add a 23% VAT rate to your invoice, which you may be eligible to claim back through your tax filings. Please verify that your VAT number is correctly entered and is verifiable through the European VIES VAT number validation system (opens in a new tab).

Select this option if you are providing an EU Tax Identification Number, either as a personal taxpayer or a business entity within the EU, including Portugal. This will result in a 23% VAT charge on your invoice, which is non-refundable. Ensure your Tax ID is accurate. This option is designed for entities that are not VAT-registered or for personal transactions within the EU.

Just choose this option if you were directly instructed to do so during your interview. This is applicable for specific educational cases where a 0% VAT rate can be applied based on your EU (excluding Portugal) Personal Tax ID. Please provide your Tax ID as instructed during your interview process, ensuring it corresponds to your personal tax registration within the EU.
