Quanto melhor eu jogo, melhor me concentro e mais me divirto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frequentemente, estrago um buraco: mando a bola para fora de campo, dou uma tacada ruim, erro um putt de forma miser\u00e1vel e, desse jeito, aquele buraco se torna um desastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultado: as pr\u00f3ximas tacadas tamb\u00e9m saem ruins. Levo alguns buracos para me recompor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se meu erro acontece no come\u00e7o da competi\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea pode imaginar o resultado: j\u00e1 inicio com um cart\u00e3o de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o ruim. Ent\u00e3o, minha motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e interesse desaparecem. Se a competi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 indo bem e estou jogando bem, o estresse aumenta, porque sei que o \u201cburaco desastroso\u201d ainda vir\u00e1. E, de fato, ele aparece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Alphalearning n\u00e3o mudou meu swing. N\u00e3o me fez bater mais longe. Mas me fez pensar positivamente \u2014 bola no buraco! Al\u00e9m disso, ter uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o maior durante toda a competi\u00e7\u00e3o foi uma grande melhora. Por\u00e9m, a experi\u00eancia realmente positiva est\u00e1 em outro ponto: \u201ca tacada anterior\u201d. Meu buraco desastroso ainda existe, mas agora percebo que, ao fechar os olhos, consigo visualizar o swing ideal.
