Plus je joue bien, plus je me concentre et plus je m\u2019amuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il m\u2019arrive souvent de rater un trou : la balle sort des limites, je fais un \u00ab socket \u00bb, je rate un putt lamentable\u2026 et ce trou, impossible \u00e0 manquer, se transforme en d\u00e9sastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : les coups suivants ne sont pas meilleurs et il me faut quelques trous pour me remettre en selle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ce coup rat\u00e9 survient au d\u00e9but de la comp\u00e9tition, vous pouvez imaginer la suite : je commence d\u2019embl\u00e9e avec une mauvaise carte de score, puis ma motivation et mon int\u00e9r\u00eat s\u2019\u00e9vanouissent. Et si, au contraire, tout se passe bien et que je joue correctement, le stress augmente, car je sais que le trou catastrophe va finir par arriver\u2026 et en effet, il arrive toujours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alphalearning n\u2019a pas modifi\u00e9 mon swing. Cela ne m\u2019a pas permis de frapper plus loin. En revanche, cela m\u2019a fait adopter une pens\u00e9e positive\u202f: \u00ab\u202fla balle doit rentrer dans le trou\u202f!\u202f\u00bb. De plus, ma concentration est nettement meilleure pendant toute la comp\u00e9tition. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience la plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique se trouve pourtant ailleurs\u202f: le \u00ab\u202fcoup pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent\u202f\u00bb. Mon fameux trou catastrophe est toujours l\u00e0, mais je me rends compte que, simplement en fermant les yeux, je peux visualiser mon swing id\u00e9al. Le coup suivant devient alors un nouveau d\u00e9part, avec toutes les chances de r\u00e9ussite et un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit positif \u2014 d\u2019o\u00f9 un r\u00e9sultat positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alphalearning am\u00e9liore mon score et, surtout, rend mon jeu de golf plus agr\u00e9able\u202f!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Verfaellie,
