Pour la Docteure Tania Valery, avocate, et sa fille, Barbara Valery, \u00e9tudiante, des am\u00e9liorations d\u2019environ 600 % en vitesse de lecture et en compr\u00e9hension ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9es. Avec un entra\u00eenement continu, d\u2019autres comp\u00e9tences \u00e9mergeront, et ce qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement per\u00e7u comme \u00ab\u202fdyslexie\u202f\u00bb a tout simplement cess\u00e9 d\u2019exister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oIS29XQo7VI?si=xZFZqboY3QSn06-T&#038;cc_lang_pref=fr&#038;cc_load_policy=1&#038;hl=en&#038;rel=0\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-90ac2ff5\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Dyslexie, le d\u00e9fi<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1996, lors de la Conf\u00e9rence internationale d\u2019EEG et de Neurofeedback (\u00c9tats-Unis), Alphalearning a publi\u00e9 la conclusion selon laquelle <strong>la dyslexie pouvait \u00eatre r\u00e9solue en 10 \u00e0 30 heures de formation<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s avoir test\u00e9 son syst\u00e8me sur 500 personnes dyslexiques et enregistr\u00e9 plus de 8\u202f000 EEG. Alphalearning (qui a obtenu 100\u202f% de r\u00e9ussite aupr\u00e8s de ses clients) a \u00e9galement partag\u00e9 sur son site web de nombreuses \u00e9tudes scientifiques et articles publi\u00e9s dans des revues internationales reconnues. \u00c0 ce jour, ces accomplissements restent in\u00e9gal\u00e9s par tout autre groupe de recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-cac756bf\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Le Cours Apprendre \u00e0 Apprendre \u2013 R\u00e9sultats pratiques<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/alphalearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/alphalearning-dyslexia-course-training-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-457\" style=\"width:379px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alphalearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/alphalearning-dyslexia-course-training-01.jpg 640w, https:\/\/alphalearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/alphalearning-dyslexia-course-training-01-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier jour du Cours Apprendre \u00e0 Apprendre, nous avons effectu\u00e9 des \u00e9valuations standard de vitesse de lecture, de m\u00e9morisation et certains tests neurologiques. La Docteure Tania Valery, avocate, pouvait lire \u00e0 143 mots par minute (mpm) et a signal\u00e9 une compr\u00e9hension nulle\u202f; dans ses notes, elle se contentait de recopier des passages du texte. Sa fille, Barbara Valery, \u00e9tudiante, lisait \u00e0 168 mpm, mais avec une compr\u00e9hension minimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s trois jours de pr\u00e9paration gr\u00e2ce au Syst\u00e8me Brainwave III, leurs cerveaux \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s pour apprendre \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser leurs ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et atteindre un nouveau niveau de performance. Lors des tests de lecture qui ont suivi\u202f: d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re minute de lecture appliqu\u00e9e, la Docteure Tania est pass\u00e9e de 143 \u00e0 430 mpm, tandis que Barbara passait de 168 \u00e0 400. La compr\u00e9hension s\u2019est \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Il ne s\u2019agissait l\u00e0 que de premiers r\u00e9sultats, qui ne refl\u00e9taient pas encore leur v\u00e9ritable potentiel. Avec un peu plus d\u2019entra\u00eenement, \u00e0 la fin du quatri\u00e8me jour, Tania a atteint 630 mpm et Barbara 690 mpm, avec une nette am\u00e9lioration de la compr\u00e9hension. Toutes deux pouvaient raconter en d\u00e9tail le passage lu au milieu d\u2019un livre inconnu \u2013 sur un sujet qu\u2019elles n\u2019avaient jamais abord\u00e9 \u2013 et leurs notes \u00e9taient \u00e0 la fois compl\u00e8tes et sophistiqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dernier jour du cours, la Docteure Tania, avec calme et confiance, a atteint un impressionnant rythme de 1\u202f420 mots par minute tout en am\u00e9liorant davantage sa compr\u00e9hension. Barbara, \u00e0 840 mpm, mettait encore un peu plus d\u2019une minute pour terminer une page, et son niveau de compr\u00e9hension \u00e9tait tout aussi remarquable. Notre recommandation pour quiconque souhaite lire, comprendre et retenir ce qu\u2019il a lu est de le faire \u00e0 sa vitesse naturelle. Cette activit\u00e9 accrue indique la pr\u00e9sence de l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales, que l\u2019on peut percevoir sous forme de confusion, de manque de concentration, de difficult\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage, de TDAH ou de dyslexie (comme c\u2019\u00e9tait le cas pour Barbara). <strong>L\u2019un des principaux objectifs du cours est d\u2019\u00e9liminer cette activit\u00e9 au-dessus de 14\u202fHz tout en \u00e9quilibrant l\u2019amplitude entre 1\u202fHz et 14\u202fHz.<\/strong> Tant que cet \u00e9quilibre n\u2019est pas r\u00e9tabli, il n\u2019est pas possible de surmonter la dyslexie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apprenez \u00e0 lire le prochain graphique \u2013 Pourcentage relatif<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Les lignes bleues repr\u00e9sentent l\u2019h\u00e9misph\u00e8re gauche<\/span>, tandis que <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">les lignes rouges repr\u00e9sentent l\u2019h\u00e9misph\u00e8re droit<\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019oscillation de ces lignes est la repr\u00e9sentation graphique des ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales sous forme de pourcentages relatifs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le couple de lignes du haut mesure exclusivement les ondes Beta.
